Registration Categories
CYDEF2026 offers two registration options:
・On-site Registration: For participants attending the conference in person on Wednesday, 9 December, and Thursday, 10 December 2026.
・On-demand Registration: For participants wishing to access recorded conference sessions, which will be available from Monday, 14 December 2026 till 31 March 2027.
On-site registration includes access to the on-demand recordings. However, on-demand registration does not permit in-person attendance at the conference venue.

On-site Registration (In-Person Attendance)
Registration fees are determined according to the participant’s professional affiliation and the applicable registration category, as indicated in the table below.

On-demand Registration (Recorded Sessions)
Registration fees are determined according to the participant’s professional affiliation and the applicable registration category, as indicated in the table below.

Registration Procedure
For security reasons, CYDEF2026 employs a two-stage registration process, consisting of preliminary registration and final registration.
Following a review of the information submitted during preliminary registration, eligible applicants will receive instructions for completing their final registration.

Please note that preliminary registration alone does not grant admission to the conference. Only participants who have successfully completed final registration will be permitted to attend.
Invitations to complete final registration will be sent progressively, beginning in early November, generally in the order in which preliminary registrations were received.
Participants who have completed final registration will receive detailed information regarding venue access and attendance procedures around 1 December 2026.
To ensure the smooth and secure operation of the event, the organizers reserve the right, at their discretion, to decline registration or admission. In such cases, the organizers may not be able to provide individual explanations for their decisions. We kindly ask for your understanding and acceptance of these conditions when registering for the event.
Payment
Payment is accepted by credit card only.
During final registration, participants will be asked to select the appropriate registration category and complete payment.
Registration will be considered complete only after the required payment has been successfully processed.
Receipts
Final registration and credit card payments are processed through our online registration and payment system.
Participants may access and download their payment receipts through the registration platform. These receipts may be used as proof of payment.
For instructions on accessing or downloading payment receipts, please refer to the guidance provided by the registration platform.
On-site Check-in
Advance registration is mandatory for all on-site participants.
Please note that same-day registration will not be available.
All participants must bring a valid government-issued photo identification document on the day of attendance.
Admission may be refused if a participant is unable to provide the required identification or if their identity cannot be satisfactorily verified.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining a secure and well-organized conference environment.
Cancellation Policy
Please note that cancellations are not accepted once final registration has been completed.
We kindly ask all participants to confirm their availability and registration details before completing the final registration and payment process.
