　Generative AI is fundamentally changing the nature of cyberattacks. Attackers can gain entry through two distinct vectors: technical attacks that exploit vulnerabilities and social hacking that deceives people. Once inside, however, the same attack chain proceeds autonomously.
　The question is twofold: how can organizations implement the measures against vulnerabilities that they are already required to take, with their limited resources? And how far should they extend their preparedness to the threat of deception—an area that has yet to receive sufficient attention?

　In the interactive cyber environment represented by social media, everyone is both a recipient and a source of information.
　In this exercise, participants will live through three roles. In the midst of an emergency, they will act as the Chief Cabinet Secretary, conveying the government’s case. They will also take the perspective of companies and individuals, who receive that message, judge it, and, when necessary, communicate in turn.
　Counterarguments come back, and even after checking the facts, what is true and what is false remains undetermined. Through this experience, participants will discover for themselves that the ability to avoid being deceived and the ability to communicate are both essential skills—necessary not only for governments and organisations, but for everyone.
